  • During the 2021 Summit, we will offer opportunities for attendees to submit a three-minute video for playback during the conference. This is a "non-competitive" pitch program envisioned as informational in nature. The topic is open, but suggestions include local unmanned services, research or implementation challenges, and novel applications. The format for the pitch will be limited to a three minute pre-recorded video. Speaker slots are limited.

    PitchFest Slide Submission Instructions

    The format for the pitch will be a single three-minute video per invited presenter. No exceptions will be made to the format.

    Invited pitch presenters will be contacted by the Virtual PitchFest Moderator (bajaj@ecs.umass.edu) to submit their videos by January 8, 2021.

    File names for video presentations should be formatted with: "Pitch"- Your Last Name - Your First Initial.mov. For example, the file name for John Smith's presentation: Pitch-Smith-J.mov.

    Please keep in mind this is a public forum, and proprietary technology, unprotected IP, or export-controlled (ITAR) information should NOT be disclosed. AUVSI does not take any responsibility for the accidental public disclosure of such information.
