1. Lucky Limo LLC agrees to provide a limousine and chauffeur at the time, date, and location specified on the contract (Additional hours upon availability)
2. Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be no more than specified number in contract or limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry.
3. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations must be 14 days prior to your rental. If you want to cancel your contract, and there are less than 14 days until your rental, you will be responsible to pay the total contract price which will be charged to the credit card on file. If there are more than 14 days until your rental you can cancel and pay only the deposits that have already been paid as per the terms of this contract. Any and all deposits are non-refundable. The day you reserve the limo/bus does not matter, meaning if you book a vehicle with only 6 days until your event there are no cancellations without being billed the total contract price. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. No one under age 21 is permitted to consume alcohol. Violation will result in early termination of service. Person signing the contract is responsible and will be held liable for underage drinking. - No Refund.
5. No smoking in the vehicles. Violation will result in a $100 fine per incident. No Exceptions.
6. There will be a $150 cleaning surcharge for vomit incidents.
7. All tolls and parking fees are in addition to the contract price and must be paid separately.
8. Persons who are unruly or disruptive or conduct illegal activities will be removed from the vehicles at the discretion of the driver and no refunds will be issued.
9.  I understand that Lucky Limo LLC and/or employees of Lucky Limo LLC may not be held responsible for items left unattended in vehicles. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
10. No illegal drug usage. Violation will result in early termination with no refund.
11. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
12. In case of severe weather and a cancellation on the part of Lucky Limo, the Non-refundable deposits, can be used as credit when renting a limo/bus of equal or greater value.
13. There will be no standing out of moon-roofs or hanging out of windows. Lucky Limo LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate service without any refund to any person(s) who violates this rule.
14. I understand that weapons of any kind are not permitted in vehicles provided by Lucky Limo LLC.
15. Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of my group (examples vehicle damages caused from smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows/mirrors, and etc and by signing you authorize Lucky Limo LLC to charge for the expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understandings and agreements.
16. Any breach of this contract will result in termination of service, requiring balance due in full with no refund.
17. There will be a $50 fee for all returned checks. 
18. AT ANY TIME IF ROOF HATCHES OR EMERGENCY WINDOWS ARE OPENED IN A NON-EMERGENT SITUATION A $500.00 FEE WILL BE ISSUED AND THE RENTAL WILL BE STOPPED AT THE CLOSEST SAFE LOCATION! PLEASE INITIAL BELOW THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS:

In addition, I understand that I am responsible to pay for this contract in full at pick-up the day of service. Please complete the form and agree to the terms of the rental and submit the form back to Lucky Limo LLC prior to your rental.
