I understand that PanGaia Festival is a fund-raiser and to maximize donations to the beneficiary, we do not offer compensation or payment for presentations. I understand that PanGaia Festival provides a table where presenters may sell books or other products, answer questions, or visit with guests for up to one hour after their presentation begins. I understand that my presentation slot is 45 minutes long unless I make other arrangements with the festival. I understand that I should be at the presentation hall at least 10 minutes before the start of my presentation and must start on time to keep the schedule flowing.*
