Regulations and Costs
- There is no application fee to be a vendor for BBCC 2021.
- This application must be filled out in full.
- Exhibitors will be notified via email of their application status.
- Accepted applicants will receive an invitation (via email) to update their exhibitor profile on the Whova site. The Whova exhibitor profile allows for live product demos, upload of product videos, and 2 handouts.
- All exhibitors should have a website through which orders may be completed (Etsy, Shopify, etc)
- All exhibitors are expected to behave in a professional manner.
- Any person who chooses to disregard the rules will be asked to leave immediately, and possibly barred from exhibiting at future events.
- Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold the show sponsors harmless from loss, claim, cause of action, liabilities, and expenses whether known or unknown to any person, persons, entity, or organization arising out of the activities conducted on the premises.
- If you are unable to attend the show, you must notify the Big Bend Comic Con committee at least 24 hours in advance (comic-con@sulross.edu)
Exhibitor profiles must be ready to open to the public at on March 12th. The site will open to the public on March 13th (one week before the event). The virtual event will run from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, March 20th.
