What’s Included: Access to the Monthly Ready to Use Content Vault Access to Monthly Mastermind Calls Expectations: Attend each Monthly Mastermind Call and contribute ideas, wins, or questions. Engage with other members through community spaces and discussions. Maintain an active PayPal subscription to retain access to your content and calls. Represent your business professionally and align with WIN’s core values. 💎 VIP Plus Members For women seeking deeper collaboration and personalized business support. What’s Included: Access to the Monthly Editable Content Vault Access to Monthly Mastermind Calls Expectations: Attend each Monthly Mastermind Call and contribute ideas, wins, or questions. Stay active in your member group chats to share accountability and support. Offer feedback or collaboration to peers at least once a month. Maintain an active PayPal subscription to retain access to your content and calls. Represent your business professionally and align with WIN’s core values. 👑 Elite Members For women committed to deeper growth, mentorship, and leadership. What’s Included: Access to the Monthly Editable Content Vault Access to Monthly Mastermind Calls Access to an Exclusive Non-Compete Small Group that meets weekly 3-Month Commitment (renewed quarterly) Expectations: Attend in your weekly small-group meetings. Arrive on time and remain for the full session unless an emergency occurs. You may send a substitute if you can’t attend (this counts as attendance). No more than 5 absences per 6-month period; exceeding this may result in removal without refund. Participate fully in discussions, accountability check-ins, and referrals. Model leadership, positivity, and integrity within your group. Communicate proactively with your Group Leader about any changes (transfer, pause, or classification adjustment). ⚖️ General Policies 1. Non-Compete Structure Each WIN Elite small group allows only one paid member per profession or business category to protect every member’s opportunity to grow. If your business offers multiple services, choose one primary focus to represent in your group. 2. Attendance & Participation Members are expected to attend meetings regularly based on their tier. Consistency builds trust and strengthens the community. You may send a substitute if unable to attend. More than 5 absences in a 6-month period may result in removal without refund. Members may only belong to one group at a time for full engagement. 3. Guests Members may invite guests to attend up to two meetings before deciding whether to join. The two guest attendances can be a combination of one mastermind and one small group OR two small group meetings. Guests must be approved by a Group Leader prior to attending. 4. Conflicts & Conduct Address conflicts directly and respectfully. Maintain a positive, professional tone in all WIN spaces. Disrespectful, divisive, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal. 5. Transfers & Classification Changes If you’d like to change your business classification (the profession you represent) or transfer to another group, please contact your Group Leader first. Transfers depend on open categories within the receiving group. 6. Membership Fees & Terms Memberships are managed via PayPal subscription for automatic renewal every 1 or 3 months, depending on your chosen membership tier. You may cancel anytime directly through PayPal. You are responsible for cancelling your membership through your PayPal account. No refunds are issued for failure to cancel or early withdrawal. Refunds for emergencies may be considered by leadership. Price adjustments may occur but will always be communicated in advance. 7. Non-Compete Agreement Members agree not to create, host, or lead a competing women’s networking group during their active WIN membership or for one year following its end. 8. Accountability & Responsibility WIN fosters collaboration but does not assume responsibility for the products, services, or claims made by members. Each member is responsible for their business practices, offers, and communications. Members are expected to uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times. 9. Policy Updates WIN may revise policies as our community evolves. Members will always receive advance notice and explanation before any changes take effect. 10.
