Hosting a RockTape Event

Thank you for considering hosting a Rocktape course at your facility! Please review this list to determine if your facility is a good match for our needs.
Is Your Facility
- Close to a major airport
- Close to at least two hotels
- Close to at least three dining options for lunch
- Large enough to accommodate at least 30 people classroom style
- Climate controlled
You Will Need To
- Rent the required tables and chairs (we will reimburse you)
- Set up the tables and chairs classroom style the night before the event
- Tear down the tables and chairs after the event
- Cancel any classes that normally run at the time the Rocktape course is scheduled to take place
Can You
- Provide a screen or do you have a white wall upon which we can project our presentation (we provide the projector)
- Make someone available to take delivery of class supplies (usually the Thursday before the class)
