By signing below, I give FanSaves Inc. permission to feature the above named business (the “Business”) on the FanSaves app under the branch of the Lindsay & District Chamber of Commerce (the “Organization”), beginning on the date this contract is signed. I authorize both FanSaves and the Organization use of the business logo, name and likeness and allow FanSaves Inc. and the Organization to use any deal as part of any promotional efforts. I understand that any deal or discount provided by the business must be honoured throughout the duration of the contract and neither FanSaves Inc. nor the Organization are responsible for providing any monetary value to any patron or the business whatsoever. The deal provided is between the business and the patron. FanSaves Inc. and the Organization remain as third parties and are in no way liable for any incidentals that may occur because of misuse of this app.
