**Photo & Video Release**

I, the undersigned, hereby indefinitely authorize Khalif Morris (photographer/videographer/team leader), The Khaliseum, Pretty Goons, The GDE TV Network, GDE Magazine, GDE Mafia Clothing & Apparel, and any of their affiliates, staff members, contractors, or derivative companies (collectively referred to as the “Authorized Parties”) to photograph, film, record, use, reproduce, and/or publish any photographs, videos, audio, or digital media that may pertain to me — including my image, likeness, and/or voice — without compensation.

I understand that this content may be captured during photo shoots, video productions, live events, or other creative sessions, and may be edited, stylized, or enhanced using digital tools, artificial intelligence (AI), or other emerging technologies. This may include, but is not limited to, photo retouching, visual effects, AI-assisted editing, or creative reimagining of my likeness for promotional, artistic, or commercial purposes.

I acknowledge that these materials may be used in print publications, advertisements, music videos, films, television, social media, websites, public affairs releases, recruitment campaigns, merchandise, and other promotional or entertainment-related projects associated with the Authorized Parties.

This authorization is granted on a continuous and worldwide basis. Consequently, the Authorized Parties may publish, distribute, or display such materials, use my name, photographs, video, audio, or likeness, and make reference to me in any manner they deem appropriate to promote, publicize, or sell their media, products, and/or services.

I waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim additional compensation for the use of this material, including any AI-generated or digitally modified content derived from my likeness or performance.

CONSENT AND AGREEMENT

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and fully understood the terms of this authorization and freely consent to the use of my image, likeness, and voice — including photo, video, and AI-enhanced versions — as described above.

**Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement")**

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date below by and between The Khaliseum LLC, a media company specializing in magazines, streaming music, streaming movies, and a social network ("Disclosing Party"), and the undersigned volunteer of The Khaliseum LLC ("Receiving Party"). This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely and shall continue to apply even after the termination of the Receiving Party's involvement with The Khaliseum LLC or any other relationship between the parties.

1. **Confidential Information**
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to proprietary information, trade secrets, business plans, financial information, customer lists, marketing strategies, software, inventions, and any other information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party.

1a. "Confidential Information" also encompasses any communication, whether written, oral, or electronic, with a current or former member of The Khaliseum volunteers or staff. This includes conversations, emails, messages, documents, or other communication regarding business operations, strategies, processes, techniques, contacts, customer information, financial details, marketing plans, intellectual property, conflicts, or any proprietary information of The Khaliseum LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

2. **Obligations of Receiving Party**
The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information received from the Disclosing Party, its subsidiaries, clients, and affiliates. The Receiving Party shall not disclose, use, copy, or reproduce any Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of their duties for The Khaliseum LLC.

3. **Non-Disclosure of Relationships**
The Receiving Party agrees that any romantic, familial, or personal relationship with volunteers, employees, contractors, or affiliates of The Khaliseum LLC shall not be disclosed or discussed outside of the workplace. This includes relationships with other volunteers, employees, executives, clients, or partners of The Khaliseum LLC. The Receiving Party acknowledges that such relationships may create conflicts of interest or potential breaches of confidentiality and agrees to handle such situations discreetly and professionally.

4. **Non-Disclosure of Procedures, Techniques, and Contacts**
The Receiving Party agrees not to disclose, share, or use for their benefit or the benefit of any third party any procedures, techniques, or contacts learned or obtained during their time with The Khaliseum LLC. This includes proprietary methods, operational procedures, marketing techniques, customer contacts, supplier contacts, and other confidential business practices or information.

5. **Return of Materials**
Upon termination of involvement or upon the request of the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party agrees to promptly return or destroy all materials, documents, or other tangible embodiments containing or reflecting Confidential Information and to provide written certification of such return or destruction if requested.

6. **No License**
Nothing in this Agreement grants any license or rights, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, under any patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of the Disclosing Party.

7. **Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. **Miscellaneous**
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
b. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
c. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
