Emergency Medical Services
Includes EMS Coordinator, management of EMT staff, training and Township owned ambulances.
9-1-1 Dispatch Services
Includes administrative costs for Township-based dispatch services under management of the Police Department.
Emergency Management
Includes all part-time staff who work hard-in-hand with Police, DPW and Administration to oversee and manage disaster preparation and response, as needed.
Fire Prevention Bureau
Includes Annual Inspection of businesses and other hazardous uses, investigating all causes for fires and follow up with law enforcement when needed for suspicious fires.
Public Works
Includes Road Maintenance, Buildings & Grounds, Vehicle Maintenance divisions.
Municipal Services Agreement
Includes funds set aside per State law for reimbursement to multi-family townhouse and condo developments for certain Municipal services, such as snow plowing, street lights, recycling, and leaf collection.
Alliance Coordination
Includes Alliance Coordinator and efforts to curtail opioid epidemic.

Includes standard utility costs for gasoline, electricity, water, sewerage, telephones, internet, heat, etc.
Solid Waste Disposal
Includes costs for tub grinding, tipping fees, and third-party recycling services.

Statutory
Includes employer share of Police & Non-Police Pension system annual payments, social security taxes, LOSAP and DCRP funding payments.
Municipal Court
Includes Municipal Court functions that are State-mandated such as judges, prosecutors and Public Defender offices.
Capital Improvement Fund
This provides down payment funding for larger capital projects that authorize the issuance of debt.
