The Stakeholders who are elected to hold positions on the Wilmington Neighborhood Council Governing Board will be expected to serve on one or more committees, assist in outreach to involve other stakeholders, take actions impacting our community, demonstrate a passion and commitment to our community and adhere to the WNC Code of Civility. Additionally, Ethics & Funding training are mandatory and must be updated accordingly. Board meeting are held on the 4th Tuesday each month.

This will also become your Candidacy Statement that will be shared with the Wilmington Stakeholders. The Candidacy Statement should include your name, qualifications and interest in the Wilmington community that expresses your desire to serve on the WNC Governing Board.
