  • 27 or more means you're proficient. You're doing well but you can use the LiveWell training to help your team systematize and sustain your performance. You may want to try using the Fishbone Diagram to map out your most complicated problem areas, or try Process Mapping to streamline your laundry or onboarding or other processes.
