Long-Term Contract Tie-Downs: In order to be eligible for "Contract Tie-Down Rates", the undersigned must:
- Execute an official Tie Down Lease Agreement form with Airport Management for the aircraft being tied down;
- Pay all tie-down fees prior to the 1st day of the tie-down period otherwise the daily rate will apply; and
- Maintain the aircraft such that it appears to be in airworthy condition (or have a waiver*), otherwise the daily rate will apply. Non-airworthy aircraft may be stored at the long-term contract rate in the aircraft storage area north of the runway.
- Provide and maintain tie down straps or chains. The undersigned agrees to regularly check the security of the tie down fasteners. The airport is not responsible for damage related to tie down straps or chains failing or coming unfastened.
Annual Rate for New Leases: Prior to July 1, the undersigned may pay a prorated amount to the end of the year and then be billed for the following year with the regular annual billing. After July 1, in order to receive the prorated Annual Contract Rate, it will be necessary to pay the prorated balance for the current year along with the full annual contract rate amount for the following year.
Automatic Annual Renewal: Unless Airport Management is notified of termination in writing, the renewal of the tie-down will be billed by Spanish Fork City prior to the start of each year at the annual rate established by the Airport Board. Management reserves the right to change the assigned space number without notice and to terminate tie-down rights by giving the undersigned 15 days written notice.
