We know many families have two working adults and we don't expect anyone to be a superhero and quit a day job just to be able to take home a puppy. Every puppy family has different needs, and this application helps us identify who needs what information and what homes might make the best fit. If you're a veteran Boxer owner, we don't want to waste your time reviewing things you already know; by the same token, if this is your first puppy or first Boxer, we want to make sure you leave prepared for what life with a puppy may bring.

Completing this application is a step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Y Knot Southern Sins Boxer Kennel, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

Puppies are $2800 regardless of gender or color. Every puppy comes with a 1 year health guarantee and a lifetime of support from us as well as Boarding when you need a vacation! We have a closed Facebook page for our owners of our puppies so you will be able to keep in touch with us as well as to connect with other littermates and relatives.

We do occasionally have older puppies and adults available for placement. The prices of those puppies/adults will vary.

WE DO NOT COMMERCIALLY SHIP ANY OF OUR DOGS. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PUPPY/ADULT IN PERSON OR ARRANGE FOR A COURIER TO PICK UP WITH US.

Puppy Preference
We understand this can be a very exciting time for our potential puppy buyers! Starting at 1 week of age we allow our approved buyers on our waiting list to make their picks in the order they were approved. Once you make your pick we require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold until weaning (8 weeks old). Deposit goes towards final purchase price of the puppy. This deposit payment is broke down into two payments first payment in the amount of $500 is due upon pregnancy confirmation contact and second payment of deposit is due upon contact of birth in the amount of $500. To Total the full deposit only amount of $1000. The remaining monies are due in a third and final payment of $1800 on the date of pick up of your puppy at 8 weeks old.

We completely understand the urge for potential puppy parents to want to come visit our puppies. We do not allow any visitors until the puppies are 6 weeks of age. This allows their mothers plenty of time to bond with them, often our females are very protective of their new babies until around then. At 6 weeks of age the puppies will also have their first round of shots which protects them against certain illnesses are very common in puppies.

We post weekly updates (at least!) of our puppies so you will see many photos and videos of the puppies until you are able to come meet them!

If you prefer to wait to make your pick until you can meet the puppies we are more than happy to allow you to come pick in person after the puppies are 6 weeks of age. In most cases all of our puppies are placed prior to 6 weeks of age and we are unable to hold puppies without a deposit. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

What to expect

If this application is approved, you'll be notified when the dam is confirmed pregnantfor the first part of deposit of $500 and thenagain when puppies are born and be required to send the second part of deposit $500 to total a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 7 days in order to hold the puppy of your choice. Please note our deposit policy: if you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter, regardless of whether your gender/color preference is available. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, we do offer a hold of deposit for the next avaiable litter but if you again elect not to take a puppy the deposit of $1000 is forfeited. We do our absolute best to match preferences. Deposits are non-refundable. Once you make your pick we require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold until weaning (8 weeks old). From time to time we may decide to keep a puppy out of a litter. We reserve the right to hold puppies. This may mean that certain puppies may not be available for a couple weeks while we decide on if we may keep the said puppy or not.

Puppies will go to their new homes at 8 weeks. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. Puppies must be picked up within 7 days unless other written arrangements are made.

We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.

If you purchase "Limited Registration" we require spay/neuter at 18 months of age. Proof of the procedure from your vet is required before we will release the said dog's registration papers.

APPROVAL AND PAYMENT: We will review applications within 5 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your application seems like you may be a good fit, we will notify you. We breed infrequently, so we will notify you when puppies are actually avaiable. We Will only accept deposits when puppies are actually avaialble. We will let you know when a deposit is due. Deposits are due within 5 days of notification. Payment can be made in the form of a Cashiers Check, Cash, or Zelle. We do not accept any form of personal check. Upon our contact to you we will discuss how payments are to be made and how payments are to be written if you elect to make payments in the form of a cashiers check. Updates on the litter will be posted on Facebook.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be assigned in payment order by the first or second preference of the payment or as indicated on the application. If neither of your choices is available, you may elect another puppy from the litter. or request to wait on the next litter avaiable litter. We ask that you make a choice within 24 hours of notification since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose.

GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. However, we board for free if we are notified beforehand that you have a event or trip planned as well as throughout the life of the puppy.

CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter on all of our pet homes. We have a take-back provision in our contract. Any puppy from our home always has a home here, and will never experience the fear and burden of life at a shelter. Because we take cradle-to-grave "original home" responsibility for the puppies we created, puppies must be de-sexed unless you are under a breeding home agreement.
