TIMES: Camp begins each day at 8:30 AM. Campers may NOT be dropped off before 8 AM. Campers will be dismissed after closing flag ceremony at 3:30PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM. Parents, please wait in the car rider line at camp until girls are dismissed.

DCA's (Day Camp Aides) Girls entering 8th grade or higher that have not yet completed their PA Core training and Day Camp Specialty training. DCA's must attend camp prep day on Sunday, June 4th from 2pm - 4pm at Chickasaw Trace Park.
PA's (Program Aides) Girls entering 9th grade or higher that have completed their PA Core training and Day Camp Specialty training prior to day camp. PA's must attend DC Specialty Training Review on Saturday, June 3rd from 10am til 3pm at Chickasaw Trace Park & Camp Prep day on Sunday, June 4th, 2pm - 4pm.
STAFF adult volunteers: Full time staff (all 4 days). Positions available: unit leaders, asst unit leaders, craft coordinator, camp nurse/1st aider and general helper. Part time staff (1-4 days) are always welcome. Part time staff will be asked to help where needed, but we will attempt to place you with your daughter's unit, if requested.
Full time volunteers with a girl camper may receive a discounted fee.
**To receive girl camper discount, full time staff must attend day camp planning session on Monday, Saturday, May 20th from 9AM til 1PM at Columbia Girl Scout office, 1129 Trotwood Ave, Ste 11 AND attend DC Prep day on Sunday, June 4th at Chickasaw Trace Park from 2pm - 4pm.

Patches, t-shirts and some crafts are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for registrations received after May 13, 2023.
Registration fees for DCA's & PA's include camp T-shirt, camp patch, up to 2 badges, crafts, daily snacks, Thursday evening meal and more.
NO FEES for staff - staff receives a free t-shirt
Fees (check/money order) should be mailed to: MC DAY CAMP, 817 Appomattox Pl, Franklin TN 37064 ... BEFORE above specified dates.
There will be a $30 fee charged for any returned checks. – returned checks may delay or cancel your daughter’s camp registration.
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds may be requested until May 13, 2023. After 5/13/23, refund requests will be considered if accompanied by a signed medical statement. ANY refunds will be issued after camp ends and may have the cost of preordered/purchased in bulk craft materials, t-shirt etc., deducted from that amount.
We have planned many programs and activities for this week. We will be doing crafts, learning outdoor skills, songs, games, nature activities, badge work, water play and more. Thursday night, campers will stay until 5:30 PM and will cook their own dinner. If your child has any food allergies, please be sure they are listed in the Campers's Health Record section of the registration form.
Confirmations with additional specific details, directions to camp, and what to wear/bring will be emailed 7-10 days prior to camp.
