Girl Grant Application for Programs & Events
Applications are accepted as long as funds are available. Decisions are based on stated financial needs.

For summer camp programs, $50 deposit is required as partial payment for the program.

Any/all Cookie Dough, Program Vouchers, or store gift cards that a girl has earned will be applied prior to Girl Grant funds being used.

A girl must register for the program online or submit a paper program registration to save her space while her Girl Grant Application is being considered. This application does not replace her program registration.

Previous denial of a Girl Grant for Membership or Uniform does not mean a girl will be automatically denied a Girl Grant for a Program.

For summer camp: A Girl Grant will only be considered for one camp session per camper per year for regular camp programs; a girl can apply for one week of regular camp plus one specialty program during that week. A Girl Grant will be considered for up to two weeks for CIT 1 or CIT 2, but no additional specialty programs will be considered with that application.

**Applications for summer camp will be accepted on a rolling basis, with early applicants notified of decisions on a monthly basis starting in January. Notifications will be by email from GirlGrants@girlscoutsneny.org so please check your spam/junk folder!**

Incomplete applications will delay decisions.

Girl Grant Applications for summer camp are due by May 15, with the final responses emailed by the end of May.
