On the following pages you will be asked to take a photo of your current certificate and ID.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THESE PAGES if YOU ARE ATTENDING AN RYA FIRST AID COURSE

You only need to supply the items requested if you are attending a FIRST AID at WORK QUALIFICATION.

You only need to upload a copy of your exisitng certificate if you are completing a FIRST AID at WORK RENEWAL - If this is your FIRST COURSE just skip the request for your exiting certificate

EXISTING CERTIFICATE COPY - THIS IS ONLY REQUIRED if you are renewing an exisiting FIRST AID AT WORK (3 day) qualification.

ID CHECK - If you are booked onto a FIRST AID at WORK COURSE then this is a REGULATED COURSE that sits on the OFQUAL national qualification framework.

This means we have to complete an ID CHECK to ensure we have completed due diligence in relation to the issue of nationally recognised certificates.

All images are held on GDPR compliant servers and all data is deleted within 30 days of your course.

If you do not have a camera on the device you are using you can drag and drop a file on the relevant page if you already have an image stored on your device.
