The Board is committed to retain and improve the property values of all homes in Patriot Bluffs and keeping within certain parameters allow this to occur. Reference Article 9, Section 1 of the Covenants:

No dwelling building, fence, wall, or other structure of any kind shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the properties, not shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made (including, but limited to, changes or alterations in the color exterior paint, vinyl siding, roof-shingles, masonry or shutters) until plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Board of Directors of the Association...

**Improvements, construction, or alterations made without prior written approval may have to be changed, and if the HOA is compelled to make the changes, the costs + 15% will be charged back to the homeowner**
