Emergency Aid—Open to 2020 graduating college seniors planning to graduate from an Atlanta-
area College or University in the May 2020 semester experiencing a financial crisis that may
hinder their Spring 2020 graduation.
Graduating college seniors planning to graduate from an Atlanta-area public institution in the
May 2020 semester experiencing a financial crisis that may hinder their Spring 2020 graduation.
Additional criteria applicants must have, do, or be:
1. Submit an official transcript that illustrates current enrollment status to include degree
candidacy status by April 2020;
2. Submit a current bill from an accredited college or university in Atlanta, Georgia; and
3. Complete a narrative of no more than 250 words, describing the financial hardship you
are experiencing and how these funds will assist you in graduating in May 2020.
Applications will be accepted March 15— May 15, 2020. Note: GPA and extracurricular
activities are not required but may assist in the selection process.
Review and Evaluation Process - Applications and supporting documents submitted to the Ivy & Roses Community Fund, Inc. are carefully reviewed by the Scholarship Committee to ensure criteria are met. Applicants will be notified upon receipt of submission. If additional information is required, a scholarship committee member will contact the applicant. No phone calls or deliveries please.
