DJ Agreement 

Please read this agreement carefully and if you have any questions raise them immediately with Analogy Ent. Please note that cancellation of this agreement can be given in writing with 30 days notice by either party. With effect from the date that this document is signed* Analogy Ent undertakes to act as an intermediary processing payments between the self-employed artist agreeing to this document (service provider) and the individual who requires the service (service receiver) by signing this document the service provider agrees that they will not hold Analogy Ent liable for amounts that have not been paid to Analogy Ent by the service receiver.

• I am a self-employed contractor, I am not an employee of Analogy Ent or any of Analogy Ent clients.
  I am solely responsible for my own liability to HM Revenue and Customs and any payments I receive from Event UK on behalf of their clients will be gross of any applicable tax and/or NI contributions that I may be liable for.
  I will provide a professional service at all times.
  The assigned agree that Analogy Ent acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for non-fulfilment of bookings by the client although every safeguard is assured.
  I am aware of the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 and implement controls to protect my hearing.
