Dear Friends of NCRAAO:

I am excited to announce that the 50th Annual Conference of the North Central Regional Association of Assessing Officers (NCRAAO) will be held June 15-19, 2025 at the Manhattan Hilton Garden Inn & Convention Center, 410 S 3rd St, Manhattan, KS 66502. The event center and host hotels are part of the Downtown campus and boasts restaurants/bars and shopping.

Our NCRAAO Conference will feature a centralized exhibit area where interested organizations may display their products and services and interact with assessment professionals from throughout the North Central Region. Our goal is to educate and entertain approximately 200 attendees while providing exceptional networking opportunities. We hope you will join us!

To be an active participant in this exciting event, please fill out the enclosed Conference Exhibit Registration form and send it along with the $825.00 booth fee (and one registration) payable to: NCRAAO Hospitality Committee, 1065 Sierra Court NE Suite D, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402, or you can pay online by visiting https://ncraao.org. Booth locations will be assigned in the order in which the application (with payment) is received. Exhibit space is limited, so please act quickly!

If you are unable to attend the 2025 Conference, but wish to demonstrate your support of our organization, you may take advantage of our 2025 NCRAAO Sponsorship opportunity. For only $200, we will add your business name and website link to our NCRAAO 2025 Conference Sponsor webpage. We will also include your name and contact information inside our printed 2025 Conference Program and on a sign at the registration desk. Your Sponsorship will help to offset our Conference expenses. If interested, please fill out the NCRAAO Sponsor form and mail it along with your $200 check payable to: NCRAAO Hospitality Committee, 1065 Sierra Court NE Suite D, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.

One conference registration is included in the exhibit fee. We have planned extra-ordinary keynote, educational, dining and entertainment experiences that you will likely not want to miss! Visit https://ncraao.org for additional registrations, hotel information and our schedule of events.

Conference Exhibit Information

Exhibits will be set up in the Event Center. Exhibitors may set up between 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. on Monday, June 16th or 7:00 to 8:30 A.M. Tuesday, June 17th. The exhibit hours will be from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
on Tuesday, June 17th and 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 18th. The opening session, breaks, lunches, and dinners will take place inside the exhibit area.

The cost of each exhibit space will be $500.00, plus $325.00 for one conference registration. Attached is a diagram of the exhibit area showing exhibit locations. Please return this form showing your first three
choices for booth location, and check made payable to NCRAAO Hospitality Committee. Mail to: NCRAAO Hospitality Committee, 1065 Sierra Ct. NE Suite D, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 (or you can pay online by visiting https://ncraao.org) prior to May 15, 2025. Areas will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space is limited! Exhibit space is assigned by the order in which application with payment is received, so please return your form as soon as possible.

Included in your booth fee is a booth space, table, two chairs, and electricity. Your name and contact information will also be listed in the 2025 Conference Program.
