  • ABOUT

Bellingham Girls Rock Camp is part of an international movement of music, leadership and empowerment programs.

Our programs are designed to provide youth in our community the opportunity to engage in creative expression, critical thinking, media literacy and creative collaboration. Through topics in music and related areas, we strive to help youth understand identity; make connections between themselves, their peers, the media and music that they engage with; and find actionable ways to contribute to positive growth in society.

Campers will choose an instrument (no access to this instrument required), connect with music content, watch live performances, and build community with other like-minded individuals. Over the course of the program they will also be offered a variety of workshops on topics related to being a person who rocks!

All people who identify as womxn, trans, or gender expansive/non-binary are welcome to be campers and/or volunteers in leadership positions at BGRC.

This application will take 10-15 minutes to complete in most cases.
