    Note: Though we make exceptions, please note that we generally deliver our educational programs to small, medium, and large audiences aligned with our mission, which focuses on high-capacity donors, donor support entities (community foundations, family offices, etc.), advisors (financial services, estate and trust planners, philanthropic advisors), philanthropic or social impact associations, companies with strong track records of employee philanthropic engagement, and conferences or events reaching such groups.

    This short program provides a quick overview of our center, resources, research, and includes one interactive sample activity to give you a taste of our longer courses. 



    		A hands-on, practical, action-oriented workshop for folks just getting started in philanthropy. Topics include: finding your focus, involving family, engaging your network, giving vehicles. We’ll also cover sector trends like participatory grantmaking and trust-based philanthropy. 

     

    		 Custom learning engagements offer a wide range of possibilities for learning about philanthropic best practices and trends. These programs might take the shape of longer or multiple sessions tailored to your group’s interests and schedule (i.e. a 2hr immersion, a series of 40-minute lunch & learns).

     
    Goal: Intros are intended to introduce people to our work, and lead to further engagement opportunities and workshops. Goal: Participants will leave this session with clarity around their goals and ready to begin funding organizations. These sessions are designed to help people get “unstuck” and accelerate toward thoughtful action. Goal: Groups get in-depth & interactive exposure & coaching with our leadership team around effective philanthropy tools, trends & research. Can be tailored for beginner, intermediate or expert audiences.
