    • Facility rental hours are from 7am-12am
    • Theater Rentals
      • include 1 Walk-Through and 1 Tech Rehearsal, you may request additional Walk-Throughs and Rehearsals at an additional cost.
    • Gallery Rentals
      • Tables, chairs, and high boys with 2 stools each are available. 
      • Black table covers are available
      • Black chair covers are available
      • Each rental includes room setup, technical lighting, sound.
    • Outdoor Entertainment Area
      • Setup for tables, chairs and other equipment must be approved by eta 
    • There is a refundable $250 cash contract fee due at signing of the contract. This fee is to ensure that all renters abide by eta's contract rules. Provided that there is no breach of the contract, the fee will be returned at the end of the event.
    • No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. All guests are subject to search.
