2. Bank Deposit form for Electronic Funds Transfer

3. Government Photo ID

4. If you are a foreign worker your work visa or student study visa allowing you to work in Canada

A simple photo and attachment of your document will be sufficient. Once recieved we will contact you with more information such as the process of how you submit your timesheets and some of the expectations.
