The Old Franklin Schoolhouse can accommodate up to 65 seated guests, and up to 80 for cocktails or presentations. All proceeds from these rentals are used for the upkeep and maintenance of this beautiful historic building, which is owned and maintained by the Borough Improvement League, a 501(c)3 nonprofit charity. The Old Franklin Schoolhouse features a spacious main room with hardwood floors, an inviting vestibule, charming inglenook, raised stage or buffet area, piano, and coat closet. Eight round folding tables and 65 padded chairs are available for renter's use, as is the large, fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The width of the main room is just over 20 feet, and the length of the entire interior (including kitchen) is approximately 60 feet, providing nearly 1200 square feet of total space.Rentals for private parties and events are $400 per day, with a $100 security deposit returnable upon inspection of the building. Discounts are available to non-profit groups and active B.I.L. members (for their personal use). To inquire about its availability, complete and submit the form below.
