Citizens Advice St Albans and District (CASTAD) is covered by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and is a member of Citizens Advice, which electronically processes personal information.
Email is a way of making general enquiries, but it is not a secure way to send personal information. CASTAD makes every effort to ensure the security and integrity of emails in our systems. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guarenteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information after we have received it, CASTAD cannot ensure or guarentee the security of information when it is in transit.
