  • In consideration of your agreement to supply goods on a credit basis you may need a personal guarantee from the company’s directors. By signing this document, you therefore acknowledge that you may incur a personal liability to all monies due by the company to Myers Group (1959) Ltd. This will also include any costs of enforcing this guarantee.

    30 days of the statement date. Myers Group (1959) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any point. I have read the Myers
    Group Privacy Policy and give my consent for Myers Group (1959) Ltd to retain and use my/our data in accordance with that policy.
