Step 1. Log in to facebook. Go through the post in your feed and a comment on 5 different post by 5 different people. ( Be strategic with whom you comment on. Select friends/family that you don't engage with as much or even past clients.)

Step 2. In the search bar of Facebook at the top, type in your community or area that you focus on. Then you will see different options such as "people" "events" "Pages" "Groups etc. CLICK GROUPS.

Step 3. Join/request to join every group that is relevant to you and your farm. The screen share below shows you exactly how to do it.( You can search niche's that you enjoy too like cooking, dogs, baseball, pro teams etc. We are simply looking for connection points)

Step 4. Go into each group and leave a comment on 3 different post in the group.

Step 5. Create a post for your business page. If you do not want to create content, sign up and pay for meteorgo. They will post 2x per day, 7 days a week for you. The link is below:

Step 6. Share that piece of content to your personal page and into the groups you just joined that are contextually relevant. What we mean by that is, if your group is about South Tampa and the post is somthing that people who live in South Tampa would care about, share it into that group. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN IT COMES TO SHARING INTO GROUPS, IT CAN'T BE AN ADVERTISEMENT. Step 7. Go into messenger and send 5 different people a personal message. The point here is to connect and begin having one on one communications.

Step 8. Log in to Linkedin and leave 5 comments on 5 different post in your feed.

Step 10. On Instagram, search a local hashtag that you want to target like #tampabay and then click recent post and go comment on 5 post.

Step 11. On instagram, go in to your feed and comment on 5 post.

Step 12.Send 5 Direct messages on instagram starting 5 different one on one conversations.

Step 14. Treat your social media like your farm. Spend some time searching tax records, using MoxiEngage or Remine to find
out who the property owners are in your farm. Search for those property owners on social media and try to connect
with them ... sending friend requests or following them and sending private messages.
