Who is Historic Manassas, Inc.?
Historic Manassas, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization formed in November 1985 to promote a positive image of Historic Downtown Manassas and strengthen it's economic revitalization. As a Main Street Program, Historic Manassas, Inc. facilitates Historic Downtown Manassas' place as a Nationally Accredited Main Street and an Advancing Virginia Main Street Community and earned the coveted Great American Main Street Award in 2003. Striving for excellence in the four-point Main Street requirements of Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Restructuring.
The major promotional events produced by Historic Manassas, Inc., as well as many other activities, bring several hundred thousand people to Historic Downtown Manassas every year. The major events are: Manassas Railway Festival, Celebrate America, Fall Jubilee, and Merry Old Town.
All sponsorships come with a prominent display of logo/hyperlink to website on the HMI homepage and logo/name identification in all paid advertising, event websites, marketing, social media, media alerts, etc., and for specific community events identified by the sponsor. Sponsors may also choose to set up an information booth at the Farmers Market or specific events. Annual sponsorship companies will receive a dinner invitation for their CEO and a guest to attend a special dinner event with the Historic Manassas, Inc. Board of Directors, and local elected officials.
