  • STEP 1: Business/Stakeholder Questionnaire

  • Through July 2020, the Town of Carbondale is hosting a community initiative investigating short-term and long-term strategies to reduce single-use plastic consumption. This process is about Carbondale and how we can bring less single-use plastic into our community. This initiative seeks to address barriers thoughtfully and develop a recommended strategy that is realistic, implementable and workable on the local level.

If you have questions, or would like to setup a one-on-one interview, please contact the project team at plastics@carbondaleco.net or (970) 510-6544. Learn more at https://carbondalegov.org/plasticsplan.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please provide as much information as possible. This information will be used to inform this process and what reduction strategies might work well for Carbondale.
