Do you give permission for Once Upon A Party to take and use pictures on all of our social media channels? *

In booking with Once Upon A Party, do you understand that we do not represent any licensed characters and it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. We represent look-alikes and original characters. *

If paying by Square Invoice: $50 retainer fees per character are nonrefundable and hold your party date and time. Without a deposit, the date remains open. Balance MUST be paid in full no later than 5 days before in order to hold date and time.*

If you need to cancel your visit for any reason, you may cancel up to five (5) days prior and have the ability to reschedule. The retainer will be kept, but it may be used on a visit with us in the next 120 days. If the visit is canceled with LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS NOTICE, the ability to use the paid retainer drops to 60 days. *Characters and Dates are Subject to availability.*

Visits farther than 15 miles in distance from Asbury Rd in Erie,PA require a .55 per mile travel fee to compensate our assistant’s mileage.*

Characters and assistants will arrive on time if not a few minutes early. We commonly have multiple parties back to back so we will start promptly at your chosen start time and end promptly at your chosen end time. Please make sure and plan accordingly so you get the most out of your visit!*

Performers will remain in costume the entirety of your event/party. Some of our costumes include many pieces, so if you hear an assistant or another princess mention to another that, “Your Prince or Superhero Friend, etc…telephoned for you,” that is code for, “Find a Restroom to adjust something.” We strive to be as realistic and authentic as possible so we do not adjust in front of children. The assistant will usually ask where the restroom is located just in case of a costume emergency! They don’t happen often, but we like to have a plan just in case.*

All of our Mascot characters (Pup Friends, Bunny, Mouse Friends, etc…) are required to take a 10minute break every hour in a place not visible to children. The costumes become very warm and they need to take the head off and get some fresh air.*

We love attending outdoor visits but we must be able to take cover and remove ourselves from the elements in the case of inclement weather. If this is not a possibility, our performers must leave and the package cannot be refunded.*
