When will the interview take place?
We understand that people have personal and other work commitments so can be flexible with interview dates and times. We will contact you directly to confirm.
Will I be required to travel for an in person interview?
No, we can arrange all interviews via video call or telephone, whichever suits you better, however the role inself will be onsite in Steventon.
I am a Deaf and/or disabled person and am worried about whether this role will be accessible for me
We will do everything we can to support Deaf and disabled people in their roles. We will always make any reasonable adjustments we can and will support you to make an application for Access to Work for any additional resources you might need. Please apply and we can discuss your personal circumstances.
I have caring responsibilities or other personal circumstances that impact my availability. Can you be flexible?
Yes. We understand that people have personal lives and these can sometimes impact on their time and availability. We will be as flexible as possible.
Will there be any pre-interview prep?
We send out the interview questions a few days before the interview takes place. This is to give you time to consider the questions, carry out any research and give us the best answer possible as we know people can find it difficult to give their best possible answer on the spot.
If you have a specific time period you find most effective for receiving interview questions, please let us know, we know that having questions far in advance can cause unease and we want the process to be as stress free for you as possible.
