The Complete Artist's Selling System Membership Agreement

1. This Agreement is between you and Art House Reproductions (ABN 93010271744) (us, we, our) and relates to your participation in our program known as "The Complete Artist's Selling System" (TCASS).
2. As a member of TCASS you understand that the information, techniques, skills and concepts shared by us, speakers we invite to share, all audio and video recordings, online training videos, webinars, information, manuals, checklists, documents, websites, and other materials (Program Materials) are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice.
3. TCASS and the Program Materials may only be used by you for education purposes. You understand that we are not offering to run your business for you, we are providing information that may help you build your business if you put in the work.
4. All the terms and conditions for any special offers such as our 342 Art Capture deal, listing on www.buyartnow.com.au etc can be found in our Knowledge Bank.
5. Membership is available to anyone who is using Art House Reproductions for their full art reproduction services whic requires us printing your fine art reproductions.
6. Only artwork captured by Art House Reproductions can be listed on BuyArtNow.
7. During Seminars and Webinars, members may choose to share personal or private business information that they do not want repeated outside the TCASS group. Please be respectful and refrain from sharing outside this environment.
8. Recording equipment is not allowed during our seminars. An official recording will be made by us and once edited, will be released inside our environment, giving you access to it.
9. TCASS, Program Materials, videos etc are the property of Art House Reproductions and may not be shared with anyone outside the TCASS community with the exception of your staff for the purposes of them implimenting any ideas shared into you business.
10. No part of TCASS or our program materials may be copied, licenced, modified, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold or otherwise transferred without our prior consent. We own all intellectual property rights in the business and the materials.
11. TCASS is a 12 month membership program. Payment is made on completing this form by providing Credit Card details and being accepted as a member. There are no refunds once payment is made and membership continues for 12 months from that payment date. 
12. After your first 12 months, you will automatically be renewed for your next year's membership. Payment will be made automatically using the Credit card details provided. Should your card payment fail for any reason we will forward the invoice to you for payment within 7 days. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of your membership until paid or cancellation if not paid within 30 days.
13. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to the renewal date, please email us no less than 14 days before the renewal date. Doing so will ensure no further charges take place.
14. All fees for participation for any local seminars and all webinars is included in your membership. Any airfares, accommodation, meals or any other expenses are your responsibility. 
15. If we record an event, using video or audio, and you are in attendance, you give your permission for any footage including you to be used.
16. Upon joining, you give us permission to use the images we capture for you and your supplied biography images for promotion of you and your art on any of our sites or social media pages or in printed brochure form. These images will not be sold, they are for promotion only.
17. We reserve the right to vary the agreement and TCASS, revise content, cancel or reschedule part or all of any event and to make other changes to TCASS as reasonably required.
18. This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Duration of membership

From (date of membership approval) to (date of membership renewal).
Automatically renewed annually.
