Let Word Up know that you took the 2020 Census!

This form is NOT the census, but is a way to let us know that you took it. 1) Go to this page—www.my2020census.gov—and fill out the census. It will take less than 10 minutes. 2) Then fill out the form below to let staff members at Word Up Community Bookshop know you completed the census. 3) Word Up will transmit your name and address information to the NYC Census agency so they know to stop reaching out to you.
