    NOTICE: Please review final artwork carefully. Your approval will indicate acceptance of the design including responsibility for errors and omissions. If once we have printed and delivered your stationery, a rerun is necessary due to overlooked error(s) in your final stationery artwork, you, the customer assumes responsibility and charges. No printing will be started until this approval form is completed. If you select no or indicate that you have not checked your design, we will not print your stationery.

  • We understand that customers sometimes type incorrect information into their online form submissions. Similarly, when we are desiging your stationery we can miss things and make mistakes copying or writing text. Please indicate below whether you have checked through your design word -for- word.*
  • QR codes and websites: If you have asked for a QR code to be included, have you tested that it works correctly?
  • As part of the design process with you, you will have had the opportunity to ask for amendments to your design, including corrections to text. Have you pointed out / asked for every change you require?*
  • Assuming that you have pointed out all errors and asked for corrections, have you checked to make sure that those corrections have been made?*
