We (the student and parents) have read, understand, and agree to the rules and conditions, including, without limitation, the C2 Education Center Policies, stated in the C2 Education Terms and Conditions of Purchase ("Terms and Conditions".) C2 Education is committed to helping your child fulfill his or her potential. Pursuing this goal, we will adhere to the responsibility and philosophies stated in the Terms and Conditions pages of your contract. We have reviewed the C2 Education Credit Card Payment Receipt and agree to pay the total amount according to the card issuer agreement.

I further agree that my signature on this document (hereafter referred to as “E-signature”) is as valid as if I signed the document in writing. I also agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate my E-signature or any resulting agreement between me and C2 Education.
