SuperPharmacyPlus delivers to the greater Brisbane area using a courier service (1-3 hours from booking).

While we do have a quick response time, the current events with COVID-19 do mean that we could be delayed in getting back to you. If you have an urgent need for delivery (or it is after 12pm daily), please contact us on 07 3355 3052.

**Updated delivery information for COVID-19**

Due to the nature of our business, and with our couriers visiting a large number of homes each day, there may be revised protocols for obtaining a signature / the driver requiring a photo of your ID as proof of delivery. This helps us to minimize the risk of transmission of any disease. We ask that you note any sickness on the below form. This does not prevent you from recieving a delivery, but allows us to protect staff and others.

Prescriptions

Please note that all supply of prescriptions is subject to the regular state and federal regulations. Please talk to our pharmacists if you have any queries.
Prescriptions can only be dispensed under the following conditions:
- Prescription is faxed directly from Doctors Surgery 07 3355 2693 (and prescription sent via post to pharmacy - 621 Stafford Road, STAFFORD, QLD 4053)
- Prescription is from current customer (with history on file, and script sent to pharmacy via post as previously)
- Prescription is ordered through Medadvisor (previous customers set up)
- **Please note that some prescription items may not be available without a physical prescription prior to dispensing**
