In order to request an eRefund, go to your student portal, select the Student Billing and Payment Gateway, and select the Electronic Refunds tab (at bottom) under your Profile Setup.

You will be asked to provide your bank account information to receive your funds electronically. Be sure to enter your bank account information accurately to avoid delays. Once your account is set up, you will see it displayed as shown:

Please enter the last three digits of the bank account number showing as your Current Refund Method in the Billing and Payment Gateway (see example above):

You will need to have a bank account set up in the Student Billing and Payment Gateway before completing this form.

Once your bank account has been set up, and you see a credit balance (-$XXX.XX) on your student account as shown below, you can submit this form to request your eRefund.
