      eRefund Request Form

  • In order to request an eRefund, go to your student portal, select the Student Billing and Payment Gateway, and select the Electronic Refunds tab (at bottom) under your Profile Setup.

     

    You will be asked to provide your bank account information to receive your funds electronically. Be sure to enter your bank account information accurately to avoid delays.  Once your account is set up, you will see it displayed as shown:

     

  • You will need to have a bank account set up in the Student Billing and Payment Gateway before completing this form.

  • Once your bank account has been set up, and you see a credit balance (-$XXX.XX) on your student account as shown below, you can submit this form to request your eRefund.

  • You will need to have a credit balance on your student account before submitting this form to request your eRefund.  Please wait until you see that there is a credit balance before completing this form.

  • Confirm electronic refund request by clicking Submit button below:
