- The Club strives to process all refund requests within 20 business days of receiving this form.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card; all other payment types will be refunded via Plooto.
- All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
