Part III - Census 2020/COVID-19 Funding Request
1. Provide a brief summary of the needs and strategy to conduct Census 2020 outreach to predominantly Latino populations in eligible states in the U.S. South, while adjusting for complications due to COVID-19. (750 word limit):
2. Project Budget - Provide a very brief project budget between $5,000-$10,000 - funds should be used within 6 months. Administrative overhead funds may not exceed 20%.
