The undersigned agrees to follow all rules, expectations and provisions set forth within the workshops/classes that he/she will be registering for and participating in. In addition, the individual applicant and/or members, partners or associates of the registrant agree to indemnify and hold harmless The World Alliance of Indigenous Peoples (WAIP), The Montauk Tribe of Indians, fellow workshop participants/members, partners, associations aligned with The Montauk Tribe of Indians, The Montauk Tribe of Indians Council of Elders, The World Alliance of Indigenous Peoples, and their agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising from any circumstances occurring during any of its workshops.
Refund Policy
Registered students will receive a 75% tuition refund for withdrawals made 30 days prior to the start of class/workshop. Registered students will recieve a 50% tuition refund for withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of class/workshops. No refunds will be granted to students who withdraw on or after the start of any class or workshop. By completing this form and submitting payment you are accepting the terms of the Refund policy, rules, expectations and provisions and conditions set forth within this registration form.
