Assessment and Bootcamp Submission Form
- If you are attending more than one assessment or bootcamp, you will need to submit a separate form for each session.
- If you need to resubmit a file for any reason please use the edit link that will appear in your submission acknowledgement email.
- Assessments: ensure your file name is in the format of editorname_yourname_ordernumber.docx
- If submitting illustrations, these should be included as additional attachments and named as editorname_yourname_ordernumber_ pic1.jpeg or editorname_yourname_ordernumber_pic1.pdf
- Bootcamps: ensure your file name is in the format of editorname_groupnumber_yourname_ordernumber.docx
