    Terms & Conditions

    1. Advice: Do service checks twice a year for normal batteries and more frequently if batteries are kept in idle condition by an authorized dealer or service person of the company and the service records are to be filled up each time it is serviced. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
    2. These batteries are warranted against all defects arising solely from the use of faulty material or workmanship.
    3. This warranty does not apply to breakage of container and cover of any other part damage in transit.
    4. Keep the Battery surface clean and dry.
    5. Warranty is valid only if the battery is returned in Un-Opened Condition with Electrolyte and within fifteen days of failure of battery. The defective battery shall be sent to manufacturer or to the nearest dealer fright pre-paid.
    6. In case battery needs to be replaced, the defective battery becomes property of the company and no scrap rebate will be given for defective battery.
    7. The warranty period on the battery being repaired/replaced shall commence from the date of sale of the original battery as per the date on original invoice.
    8. If battery is found in discharged condition where it is possible to recover with recharging, recharging at extra cost will be done at local facility available.
    9. This warranty does not cover damages caused to battery due to fault in UPS/INVERTER system, improper handling of battery which may cause physical damages for container, cover or terminals, willful abuse, destruction by fire.
    10. In case if the battery model is phased out, company reserves right to replace with another model of equivalent capacity to meet requirement.
    11. The right to determine whether a battery needs replacement rests with the company.
    12. The warranty will cease if the battery is, Transferred to third party other than the initial installation site.
      1. Used in any application other than the specified UPS/INVERTER system.
      2. Used in vehicular application.
      3. If found out of warranty.
      4. If found used in any type of motor load application such as lifts, spinning, grinding, mixing etc.
    13. Original invoice must accompany all registrations arising within the warranty period in case of improper or non attachement of Invoice copy under the provided form.
    14. Any tampering/Overwriting of serial number/Manufacturing code on the warranty card or the battery will invalidate warranty registration.
    15. If battery is found defective due to wrong/reverse polarity fitment in the system and usage warranty registration will be invalid.
    16. Warranty registration is nullified if found contamination of battery electrolyte with any impurity level in electrolyte beyond the IS 266 specification limits.
    17. If Battery is returned during the Pro Rata period, suitable Credit /Discount will be allowed upon the purchasing of a New Battery at the list price. (Example: If any Battery claim is made after 36 months for manufacturing defect the customer will be eligible for the balance month of Pro Rata ie Remaining No. of Month(s)/Total Warranty Period). This discount can not be clubbed with any other scheme running during the claim period.
    18. The warranty terms are subject to our overall agreement with OEM or end user as the case is.
    19. Bangalore as jurisdiction for all legal requirements.
