  • ATTENTION:  With the announcement of tariffs on Canadian goods exported to the USA taking effect on March 4, there is wide speculation that retaliatory tariffs may be imposed by the Canadian government.  According to proposed tariffs published by the Canadian government, kippot made the USA would subject to a 25% tariff above the cost of the goods.

    When ordering kippot made in the USA (see which kippot are made in the USA by clicking on the "Fabrics" tab above), any orders that arrive in Canada while the tariffs listed above are in effect will be subject to a 25% surcharge on the price of the goods (does not apply to service and/or rush fees, only the price of the goods themselves).

    ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES.

    Orders that need to be cancelled for any reason whatsoever are subject to a 10% fee to cover processing costs of the sale and the refund.

    Orders that have gone into production are subject to cancellation fees corresponding to the production work that has been completed.

    The following three paragraphs are not applicable to the following kippot types: Traditional Satin, Deluxe Satin, Deluxe Linen, Deluxe Raw Silk, Genuine Leather Suede, Deluxe Burlap, Moire, Sports Balls

     Any order that needs to be cancelled for any reason whatsoever once our graphic team has begun working on proofs/mockups are subject to a $25 fee above the 10% processing fee.

    Our graphic team will provide a proof based on the details provided in the order herein; once the proof has been reviewed by the customer, changes may be made at no extra cost, and a second proof provided.  Any changes after the second proof are subject to a $25 fee per proof.

    In the event that replies to the proof(s) are delayed and said delays push the order into a rush status, cancelling the order would result in all fees listed above.

    Please note that colours may appear differently in person than they do on your electronic device.  We cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.

    All orders must be prepaid before work can begin.

  • Please note that as per the current tariffs imposed by the Canadian government on products of the United States, the kippot you have selected are subject to a 25% tariff.

    If the tariff is still in effect at the time that your order arrives in Canada, the tariffs must be paid before your order can be released to you.

    We are not charging the tariffs at the time of the order, in the hopes that by the time the kippot arrive in Canada, the government will have removed the tariffs and such a charge will not be necessary.

    Should the tariff still need to be charged at the time of pickup, it will be:
