This form collects all the basic information about running your society. If you have the email addresses of your new committee members it will automatically be sent onto them, and will also be backed up with the LBSU Activities Team.

 

Before you begin make sure you have:

• your Society email address
• access to all your society social media accounts
• Email addresses for your new committee members

If you're not sure who your new committee is for next year, or you do not have their emails please email lbsu-societies@leedsbeckett.ac.uk

 

Next, set the recovery email address for your society email address to: lbsu-societies@leedsbeckett.ac.uk

 

This will allow us to access the account and hand it over to the new committee if there are any issues in the future.

Reminder: If you have a whatsapp or similar group make the new committee members admins.

Please list the email addresses of your new committee members, a copy of this form will be sent to them.
