  • Accepted food carts will be asked to observe the following:

    • Setup only during designated hours.
    • Operate only during designated hours.
    • Close vending operations by the designated times.
    • Only use generators approved by RMC organizers.
    • Sort food scraps into the appropriate containers provided by the RMC.
    • Only use the reusable plate service coordinated by the RMC.
    • Adhere to their scheduled water fill up times, to be designated by the RMC.
    • Collect and remove their own greywater or pay a fee to use the RMC's greywater removal service. 
    • Pay the food vending fee of $650 and submit current food serving documentation by August 1.
    • Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the RMC Marketplace and Food Vendor Handbook.
