Accepted food carts will be asked to observe the following:
- Setup only during designated hours.
- Operate only during designated hours.
- Close vending operations by the designated times.
- Only use generators approved by RMC organizers.
- Sort food scraps into the appropriate containers provided by the RMC.
- Only use the reusable plate service coordinated by the RMC.
- Adhere to their scheduled water fill up times, to be designated by the RMC.
- Collect and remove their own greywater or pay a fee to use the RMC's greywater removal service.
- Pay the food vending fee of $650 and submit current food serving documentation by August 1.
- Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the RMC Marketplace and Food Vendor Handbook.
