At Home Staging Worx, we bring professional level automation to certain typical tasks within the staging industry! Like you, we are professional stagers as well. In our 15+ years in the vacant home staging business in the Atlanta area, our team has successfully staged more than 2,000 homes.

In fact, we've been using each of the automated forms now available through Home Staging Worx in our staging business for several months. We were so excited about how they have improved our business process, that we wanted to offer them to our colleagues around the country!

PLEASE NOTE THAT NONE OF OUR FORMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY STAGERS LOCATED IN OR WHO OPERATE WITHIN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. AN EXCLUSIVE LICENSE FOR THE ENTIRE STATE OF GEORGIA FOR THESE FORMS HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD.

We currently offer 4 automated and customizable forms:
1. Staging Quote Form - Custom - $150 setup fee, $40/mon ongoing monthly fee
2. Staging Quote Form - Express - $50 setup fee, $25/mon ongoing monthly fee
3. Under Contract Notice Form - $50 setup fee, $10/mon ongoing monthly fee
4. Staging Survey Form - $50 setup fee, $10/mon ongoing monthly fee
Each form, within reason, can be customized to match your current business practices. Once you complete your order, you will receive an automated e-mail that will include instructions for how to proceed, including how to provide us the information about your business we need to customize your form(S).

The customization process will take you a bit of time, but the more relavent input you provide us, the quicker we complete the customization of the form to fit your business.

Thank you for your interest in our Home Staging Worx automated forms. Unfortunately, the license for use of all of our forms for the entire state of Georgia has already been sold. So, unfortunately we are not able to offer our services to you.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ - Our standard terms and conditions. Please check the box below to accept these terms if you wish to proceed with your order.

1.       Customer acknowledges that the Home Staging Worx SM forms are copyrighted and shall at all times remain the property of Home Staging Worx. Any attempt to recreate the forms will result in the immediate termination of the Home Staging Worx service.

2. Home Staging Worx makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the results of the forms. Customer is responsible for testing the forms and insuring that any/all calculations are generating the intended results.

3.       The Home Staging Worx suite of services/forms are not available to staging-related businesses operating within the state of Georgia. Any operation of your business in the state of Georgia will result in the termination of your subscription as well as access to the StagingWorx services. No refunds will be provided in this case.

4.       Failure to promptly pay either the setup or monthly subscription fees detailed in this order form will result in a suspension of all services provided by StagingWorx. Customer is responsible to provide updated payment details to StagingWorx in the event of any change to the customer's form of payment.

5.       Once the setup of the form(s) is complete, only pricing changes to the forms are included in your monthly subscription. Any additional changes will result in a form change fee which will be billed at $50/hour.

6. Home Staging Worx cannot guarantee 100% up-time of your form. However, the vendor hosting the forms for Home Staging Worx has consistently provided excellent service to the owners of Home Staging Worx for many years. In the event of a significant disruption of service a pro-rata credit will be made available to customer.

7. OUR CHARGE WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AS: VIRTUALLY STAGING PROPERTIES INC.

I authorize Virtually Staging Properties SM (VSP - dba Home Staging Worx) to charge my credit card (above) for the total amount due as detailed in this order form upon completion of the project, as well as any ongoing monthly subscription charges. Additionally, I authorize VSP to obtain pre-approval authorization for the amount to be charged prior to beginning its work. Further, I understand that should pre-approval not be provided by customer’s credit card company, VSP shall not begin work.
