Please fill in a separate form for each day you need to change, and be sure to let us know IN ADVANCE (preferably a week or more ahead, if at all possible).
You'll let us know what day you'll be missing and what you'd like to do instead:
1. Donate the share or get a make up share another day
2. The day you'd like to pick up a make up share (this may mean twice as much fruit for you on a given week, if you are a weekly member.)
3. You may choose from a few different pickup locations if another would be more convenient for you.
NOTE: If you pickup at Homefields Cares Farm or Flying Plow Farm, please use their Harvie CSA managment system to make changes. Logical Living Fresh Express customers, please contact Kevin at Logical Living to request a change.
