Supplier and Agency Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By planning your trip with Wishing on a Star Travel, you acknowledge and agree that your trip is being booked by a third party vendor. All payments processed by your Wishing on a Star Travel agent will be processed through our third party vendor travel agent portal, and no funds will be collected directly by Wishing on a Star Travel. All receipts for payments will come directly from the third party vendor in which your vacation package is booked with as Wishing on a Star Travel does not hold any of your funds.

Because your trip is booked with our third party vendors, you are subject to any and all cancellation and/or change policies the vendor has in place for your vacation package. At the time of your initial vacation quote offering, you acknowledge and agree that you were provided with the third party vendor Terms and Conditions.

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that you were provided with the third party vendor Terms and Conditions and you fully understand all of the cancellation and/or change policies, and that you have had ample opportunity to ask your Wishing on a Star Travel agent for clarification on any piece you did not fully understand.

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that should you need to cancel your trip for any reason you will be responsible for any and all cancellation and/or change fees that the third party vendor has in place and will not hold Wishing on a Star Travel and/or its Agents liable for said fees.

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that you have been provided with and read through the WISHING ON A STAR TRAVEL Terms and Conditions document and have had adqueate time to review this legal waiver. By signing below, you understand and agree that you will hold Wishing on a Star Travel harmless from any and all issues that arise during your travels. I acknowledge and agree that the Terms and Conditions provided may include a COVID/Waiver of Health as set forth by the third party vendor my trip is booked with and that I have thoroughly read through the waiver. I am in agreement with all aspects of the waiver and will not hold the third party vendor my trip is booked with, Wishing on a Star Travel or its Agents liable for any health related illness that may arise from my travels. I assume any and all risk and understand it is my responsibility to check with my physician for any travel restrictions I may have, as well as check with the US Department of State, CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and the WHO (World Health Organization) for any travel recommendations or restrictions.*
