We aim to respond within 3 working days. If you have any deadlines you need to meet or meetings you need our advice on in order to attend them then please let us know on the next page.
A bit about what we do with the information you give us…
Leeds Beckett Students’ Union Advice Service is committed to providing a confidential advice and information service to all its users. Nothing you tell us will be shared with anyone else outside the service without your express permission, unless required by law, where a conflict of interest arises or in very exceptional circumstances to prevent harm to you, other people or the service.
The data we have asked for on this form is to set up a case file where we will keep a log of all our interactions with you. We do produce anonymised statistical reports and we will use the information you provide in those reports but not the details of your case or anything that would identify you. We may also contact you to ask for feedback.
