A bit about us…
Leeds Beckett Students’ Union Advice Service is independent from Leeds Beckett University. We are here to advise you on your situation. We won’t tell you what to do or make a decision for you but we will tell you what options are available to you.
A bit about what we do with the information you give us…
Leeds Beckett Students’ Union Advice Service is committed to providing a confidential advice and information service to all its users. Nothing you tell us will be shared with anyone else outside the service without your express permission, unless required by law, where a conflict of interest arises or in very exceptional circumstances to prevent harm to you, other people or the service.
The data we have asked for on this form is to set up a case file where we will keep a log of all our interactions with you. We do produce anonymised statistical reports and we will use the information you provide in those reports but not the details of your case or anything that would identify you. We may also contact you to ask for feedback.
Leeds Beckett Students’ Union Advice Service does not provide specialist wellbeing or mental health support. For urgent/specialist/out of hours support with this the following services are available:
If you feel you need to speak to someone urgently and are concerned about your health or wellbeing, it is important that you contact your GP or NHS 111 for advice.
